This Vespa 50 was completely restored in 2001 for an elderly gentleman owner, Otello, who has used this Vespa since it was born.
After the restoration, for health reasons, Otello was only able to use the Vespa periodically - just enough to not leave it sitting unused.
The restoration was executed excellently. The engine (completely rebuilt) was upgraded with a 100cc (runs very nicely). The body (reinforced and repainted) was modified with a 125 Primavera fork, shocks, wheels, and seat.
Beautiful Chianti color. A really special object.
